Manage your team in ApyGuard

All team management actions happen from the team page inside the dashboard.
  1. Open Dashboard → Team.
  2. Review the team summary cards at the top of the page.
  3. Use search, role filtering, and sorting to find specific members.

  4. Use Invite Team Member to add someone new.
  5. Use the Actions menu on each row to change a role or remove a member.

Invite a team member

To invite a new teammate:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Team.
  2. Click Invite Team Member.
  3. Fill in the invitation form:
    • Email address
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Role
  4. Submit the form to send the invitation.
  5. After the invite is created, the member appears with Pending status until they complete the process.

Invitation fields

ApyGuard currently asks for email address, first name, last name, and role when sending an invitation.

Pending members

Newly invited teammates appear as pending until they accept or complete the invitation flow.

Review and manage members

The team table helps you monitor and manage members with:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Role
  • Status
  • Last active date
  • Row-level actions

Available actions

From the Actions menu on each member row, you can:
  • Change the member role
  • Remove the member
  • View invitation-related actions for pending users
